BestPhysicalTherapyNearMe.com (the "Site") is operated by All Staffing Inc. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

The directory

The Site lists physical therapists and clinics, including public data from the national provider registry (NPPES). Listings are for information only and are not medical advice or an endorsement.

Claiming and editing a listing

You may claim only a listing for yourself or a practice you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate. We may remove claims or content that are false, misleading or unlawful.

SEO Package

• The SEO Package is a yearly subscription for one verified listing: $12 per year plus a $1 processing fee ($13 per year, plus any applicable tax), advertised as $1 per month.
• It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from "My profiles" with "Manage billing / cancel."
• When you cancel, the perks stay on until the end of the year you paid for, then stop. There is no further charge.
• The perks are: placement above free listings in city and search results, an SEO Package badge, a followed link to your website, a full About section and a Services list. We do not guarantee any search-engine ranking or number of patients.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe may handle sales tax, fraud checks and payment disputes for your order. Your card statement may show LINK.COM together with our name. For billing questions, contact us.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Site for anything unlawful, fraud or spam, infringe others' rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt our systems, or scrape the Site.

Intellectual property

All Staffing Inc owns the Site, its software, design, text, logos and the BestPhysicalTherapyNearMe name and branding. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content you add to your listing and allow us to display it on the Site.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that listings are complete or accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove access or a listing for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated violations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
